Why this week was awesome...

I had an awesome week so far!!!

Last Thursday, I got a phone call from my best friend's father-in-law.  He wanted to fly me to Chicago on Monday to spend 2 days with Kim.  Of course, I couldn't say no!!

We had a great time...hanging out...talking, laughing, shopping, eating, drinking coffee...did I mention laughing?!?!?, and hanging out with this little spitfire:

Snowy Tennessee

Wow!!!  It's been almost a month since I last blogged.  The holidays were a crazy fun whirlwind!  I hope that you and yours had an awesome holiday season.

It snowed last night here in TN...and TN doesn't really know what to do with all that snow.  ;-)  That's ok.  I've got 4-wheel drive!  I went in to the bank today, and this is what I saw on my way.
